An animated control that displays an arrow that rotates when clicked

Implement in Delphi 11.2 (or compatible), a custom VCL control called TAnimatedArrow which looks and acts exactly like the ">" arrow in here: [login to view URL] That is, when it is clicked, it will smoothly rotate from ">" position into "V" position and if clicked again, it will rotate back from "V" into ">". Notice that I only need the arrow, nothing else. You can assume that the control is placed over something that has fixed color background, i.e., there is no need to handle transparency. The control shall have at least the following public properties: Size : Integer (to determine the size of the arrow), Color : TColor (to determine the color of the arrow), and BackgroundColor : TColor (to determine the background color of the control).
