I need help with getting to final step for installing a drupal 8 radix theme. [login to view URL] All works except the last step to compile scss with NPM RUN WATCH I basically get no output. node 13.3.0 npm 6.13.2 drupal 8.8.0 drush 9.7.1 composer 1.9.1
