Create Demo of elearning course in Articulate Storyline. Convert from POC

We have created a proof of concept (POC) for a relatively small (11 slides) elearning course . We intend to use leading best practices of instructional design. The POC is hosted at: [login to view URL] This project is to convert our POC into a professional looking demo version so that we can start using it for marketing and sales purposes. I will provide the Storyline & audio files after I award you the project. The demo should at least meet following crietria: 1. Should be highly interactive and engaging 2. Should faithfully reproduce the content of POC 3. Should have a very rich user experience, should be aesthetically pleasing yet simple e.g. pages should not be too dense 5. Should create a "wow" effect 6. Should work very well on tablets and mobile devices 7. Should be usable as a SCORM package delivered by Moodle Please bid only if you are an expert in Articulate Storyline, and have used advanced features of Storyline to create highly interactive, engaging and good looking content. Please share the best two Storyline courses you have created in the past.
