I wantFreelancermy leadership book and publish it as a hardcopy and softcopy (eBook). Thus, I would require the assistance of a freelance writer with exceptional writing skills and proof-reading and proof-writing skills. Along, please read the below necessary requisites:
1. The Freelancer must have written at least three previous leadership books with more than 10yrs experience in the field of writing and proof-reading.
2. The book must be a minimum of 12 chapters and up to 16 chapters and a minimum of 180 pages and up to 240 pages.
3. The book has to be based on my thought, methods, ideas, and experience in leadership.
4. The Freelancer must agree to work and collaborate with me continuously to align my thoughts with his or her writing. Also, the Freelancer must be willing to translate my leadership workbooks into the leadership book he or she will be writing.
5. The Freelancer must make at least 2 x 2-hours Skype call interviews with me to learn more about me and my experience to personalize the words.
6. The Freelancer must be willing to listen to recorded coaching sessions and translate them into content for the book he or she will be writing.
7. The Freelancer must discuss the chapters' titles with me and choose the best ones. Along with discussing the book's title if necessary.
8. I will be the sole owner (own 100%) of the book's intellectual rights.
9. The Freelancer must sign an NDA (Nondisclosure Agreement) before starting the project.
10. Any audio/video or content the freelancer receive must keep in a secured and safe place.
11. The Freelancer must proof-read and proof-write the book upon final approval.
12. The Freelancer must be willing to cooperate in editing, changing, and improving specific chapters or paragraphs of the book.
