I need a Word document converted into a PDF version. The document is an order form I want to link on my business' website for my customers, school districts, to place orders. The schools have older computers and operating system so I need the PDF to be compatible for them. The order form also has fields I would like my customers to be able to able to fill out, such as product, price, and quantity. I would also like the form to automatically calculate total price for each line item and grand total for the entire order.
