I am excellent welding power supplies design, Plasma ARC power supplies, high frequency transformers design, solar grid tie transformers, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

I guess it's only consist Power MOSFET, transistor, and Opto Isolator for isolate between control pin and power pin. we can looking for various MOSFET available in the market to meet your specification detail. i read your article about portable powerboards from small 10 amp units up to 800 amp 3 phase units so i will design this project using : 1- microcontroller pic16f877a 2- current transformer type pcb (ASM-010) 3- CRYSTAL (8MHZ) - i will design this circuit using the output of power current transformer XX/5A to my pcb and measure this by using asm-010 by the standard manufacture curve for ASM-010 so it convert the current to voltage to be easily to measure it using microcontroller if you give me this project , i will send you immediately the simulation project using proteus isis and i will give you the pcb circuit after 2 days from send the simulation file - i design circuits like measuring power factor , AC voltage , AC currents , AC frequency
