Consumption • Power off: 7uA • PSM: 9uA • Sleep: 1mA • Idle: 11mA and from their websites, it's shows that they have good documentation, design guide, application note, Hardware design Guide, and even evaluation board(this one I found on avnet page). We can explore it together to match it with your requirement. My Background is Electronic engineering and I have Bachelor on it. I designed such a system it has a lithium ion charger IC and a socket for the battery. It can send the location data to other phone when asked the location information by an SMS message. It sends continuously the location information to an free iot server over HTTP. Somebody can visualize the location data through web browser in mealtime.
