Hi there freelancers engineers and electronics experts. I need a simple task to help me build this circuit optimized w/ best components choose at lowest cost and standard components & power PCB design.
The idea is to get energy out from 3 three phase motor. So I will need a rectifier, but since voltage produced by motor coils is low I need to implement voltage doubler multiplier rectification concept.
First tests voltage produced from phase to phase is 6V at multimeter total 6V to one phase and 6V to other phase. The idea is to naturally boost this value to more voltage DC.
Please see a circuit picture attach with voltage multiplier x4 circuit.
Concept from voltage multiplier is from web page source:

I need this circuit well designed with best components choose optimized and low cost components.
The rectification circuit must be able to support peaks of 15A sent by motor phase coils.
What about the capacitors, minimum ESR/capacity to handle amount of current?
Contact me to discuss more details.
Thanks for your time,
Vitor

Good morning Victor, I am an electrical engineer and I can help you to find a solution to your problem. I have so many skills and a good experience. Best regards.
Hi. What motor do you use? Is it AC motor? why voltage so low? do yo connect working capacitor? or its some sort of BLDC?
