Controller using Battery Power for Induction motor

Design a controller which will drive induction motor (100 kw) off Battery bank with frequency up to 300 hz. The required voltage is 400 V, 300 hz. You are free to design Battery / Cell arrangement to get required output and also the type of battery use e.g. li-on or polymer or something better...
