Setup ASSP in Windows7 64 bit, load old config from 32 bit version and add as a service.

Check my setup, all seems loaded but ASSP will not load as a serrvice and the old config does not seem to load. Setup ASSP SMTP in Windows7 64 bit, load old config from 32 bit version and add as a service. install and verify all Perl is loaded and running proper.
