2. Solution
The solution aims to provide automation, data tracking and predictive maintenance with the help of cloud infrastructure and Industrial IoT in a semi automatic garment factory. The main Sectors and the machines that would have to be automated and provided preventive maintenance to would be the following, the aim of the following would be to provide predictive maintenance, energy efficiency monitoring, Fuel Consumption for the following:

Control - Cloud Based Relay Control for All the machines.
Statistics and Predictive maintenance - Temperature and Vibration Sensor to forward data to the cloud, pattern recognition, and abnormal behavior detection for Hydro, Washing Machine, Dryer, Boiler and generator
Electricity consumption Statistics for the above using Current sensor, Pattern detection, abnormal behavior detection.
Fuel Level sensing using load sensor, consumption mapping using data aggregation on cloud
