Help set up my office virtually

I need some help with my business. I have a list of certain task that I need completed in those Department. I need this done as soon as possible.
Their will be times that out of the blue I would need something too do so this is a continue virstal assistant role.
I.T. Department –
• Set up the Virtual Private Server so I can have users login but they don’t get root access
• I need you to go into my office.com and fix the licenses up and make all accounts except mine a shared. I don’t want to loose any emails at all.
Administration
• Go through client contract, fix the last part of the signature area and make it look good looks wired
• You will have two candidate forms and also privacy – re word it to have my business name on their (im legally allowed to this)
• Lead Capture – I need to start to get leads it’s a copy and paste and I will send you the excel spreadsheet. I need about 100 leads from too states.
• I need you to go into my gumtree account and place jobs for labourers, and other workers types I can explain more about this later in more depth.
• I am needing some integration with Zapier to my recruitment software to other programs
