ADP, VPP and MacOS Server Setup Help

We are a small business and I need someone to show me how to setup ADP (Apple Deployment Program), VPP (Volume Purchase Program) and MacOS Server properly to manage the small amount of iPads we have in Profile Manager. Successful candidate must speak perfect English. The successful candidate will join me on a Skype call with screen sharing and guide me through the setup. This is a knowledge transfer for this specific skill. Suggestions on setup and optimizations are welcome. The Apple Agent ID is already setup and MacOS Server is installed. Beside the setup for ADP, VPP, MacOS Server, there is one iPad that will be setup with this so I can repeat this with the other hardware at a later date myself.
