We need a experienced bookkeeper assistant to join our team. A vacation rental company is seeking a bookkeeper to help keeping records for all expenses of the business and help with allocating those expenses to the correct location. We have multiple properties and units that need updating on daily bases a big number or historical data that need to be allocated. The second part of the job is administrative work that needs to take place on daily bases: 1-updating the apartments prices 2- Creating the cleaning lists: 3- Reviewing timesheet for payrolls Looking for someone who is smart, energetic, good with numbers, efficient, good with timelines and able to work under pressure most important able to work 11 am to 7 pm EST.
