We are presently looking for an ambitious, experienced, analytical, hard-working and communicative virtual assistant for an Amazon FBA business. You must have experience working with either Amazon FBA or another ecommerce business.
You will need to:
- create shipments based on stock incomings and outgoings
- reorder products from suppliers
- analyse & select new products to add to the portfolio
- call and email suppliers to open accounts, negotiate prices, place orders.
- respond to customer service email enquiries
The following are ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL for this work:
- Prior experience working in Seller Central & Amazon FBA OR in another ecommerce business
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Be punctual
- Ability to talk positively and politely over the phone and listen and engage with their needs
- Ability to write powerful e-mails
- Numerical skills and ability to use Microsoft Excel for numerical analysis
- Hard-working ethic and a drive to succeed
- Organised, self-starter with initiative, ability to work independently, plan and manage time
- Desire to learn
Days and hours: Monday-Friday, UK business hours (5am - 5pm), UK time zone. (Short breaks are allowed throughout.) You must be contactable outside those hours in case of emergencies.
Internet and power: you must have access to a reliable and fast internet connection with an unlimited data allowance. You must have reliable power with no outages.
Pay: $250 per month
For successful applicants there will be an unpaid training / trial period of up to two weeks before the start (depending on how quickly you learn).
