Chart of Accounts Setup (Complicated)

I am looking for someone to set up a Chart of Accounts for a web-based company I am starting. It is a somewhat complicated chart of accounts, with several 'locations' for which to track income and expenses. There will also be many cash 'holdings' accounts, accrual accounts, unearned income accounts, and unrealized expense accounts, etc. In addition, I will need example transactions showing the debits and credits for many of the more complex transactions. This is an ADVANCED Chart of Accounts that I need set up with some complicated transactions. I, myself, did bookkeeping for years and this is beyond my scope. Please DO NOT contact me unless you have the requisite ability to handle constructing a very complicated chart of accounts with complex transactions. A high level of experience working with detailed and intricate charts of accounts is necessary. I am not looking for a bookkeeper or data entry. I am not looking for someone to do day-to-day work. This project is solely to set up the company Chart of Accounts and to provide examples of the journal entries for the various types of transactions. If you can also provide strong knowledge and advice of the most appropriate accounting platform (software) that will integrate with the backend of the website, such as SQL or whatever framework my webdesigners are using it will be a significant advantage. But is not vital, my priority is the Chart of Accounts above. I expect the project to take 4 - 6 hours at most, with a couple hours of follow up as the website design progresses.
