Having a proven track record in the call centre industry i am confident for the said role as I have worked with different multinational companies in my career. Customer service requires good insight of the industry and looking at the technological advancements customers have grown trickier than compared to a decade back. Good enthusiasm, first call resolution are aspects necessary for such roles. One good review due to customer satisfaction do wonders. On the contrary one bad review can sink the ship.
