Edit & Improve an Excel File with Macros & Linkings

This project is an Excel project that I have that requires the following:
1) It will require the linking of sheets, and will require the information to be consistent. I'll discuss the basic flow for you.
2) I've created some Macros button for them to but we will need to do a few more macros on items like Print Page (with limited views or fixed template view), Drop Down Button to add more columns (as it is locked, so I'm not sure that can work or not), Macros to Send email to Respective Parties, And another Macros to Generate PDF for one of the sheet.
Upon your interest, I'll send you the Excel file with the Screenshot of what is required to be done. This is quite a rushing project as it was supposed to be done 3 weeks ago by 1 Freelancer which couldn't get hold from. So I'll need to make sure someone who can put their focus on this as this is on critical path now.
