Excel Dashboard (maybe VBA)

Excel Dashboard needed to facilitate reading test data, all the bells and whistles

Bid only for $50-75, depending on your level of Excel. Very urgent, I need this in two days time.

You need to be an excel specialist and create a Dashboard to facilitate testing and get an good overview of test data. Most ‘programming’ must be done by standard excel functionality or free plugins.

Requirements:

1. Dates will be provided for all employees. Typically someone joined, left the company and re-joined again at a later stage. On the dashboard it must be represented as a straight line, green for active service and red for in-active. The dates and begin dates of months must be discretely shown on this continuous line. The idea is that someone would look at the line and immediately get an idea of when the employee was in service and when not. Although all data would be provided only the last 27 months would be displayed on the continuous line.

2. Underneath this line, there would be a counter. The counter is not based on the dates described in 1. above, on other information. The raw data would be provided and you will have to ‘map’ it underneath the line described above. This would make it easy for me to read where the count is and how the count increases if it does indeed increase.

3. This must all be done very neatly and very readable.

4. Underneath the Counter, there must be a Value displayed. This is the most important piece of information on the Dashboard. Per month (for all 27 months) it must be displayed. The raw data would be provided per week and a mapping of weeks to months would also be provided. The monthly value would be accumulated and displayed discretely on the Dashboard.

5. The Dashboard would display one person’s data, but there would be around 3000 persons in the data set, any of who could be selected. The Dashboard must be designed to select any person, but also any particular month (keeping in mind the weekly values are provided and need to be mapped to months). This information must be displayed elsewhere on the dashboard.

b. Monthly info: What the individual weeks values were

6. These are deliver values. I will provide a calculation to verify the calculated amount. There are in particular three important values per person. So nothing too complex.

7. Couple of comparisons I need to happen between employees values.
