Need Excel guru for data visual dashboard

Needing Excel guru to complete the attached spreadsheet.
Needing data entered on sheets (there will be a new sheet each week) to be totalled and graphed on the first page of the workbook 'Dashboard'.
Needing to keep track of number of referrals and from what funding source and which therapist it is allocated too (cells already have data validation in the columns needing to be transferred to the dashboard)
Needing pie charts.
