My proposal specifics are as follows:
+ Pricing at USD 10 per hour.
+ 5 hours to set up the template, translating to a total fee of USD 50.
+ Once the template is up and running, I am offering to dedicate 2 hours every week of standby service to ensure that you are capturing your data correctly. For this, the same hourly rate of USD 10/hr will apply. [This service is optional, and will only be relevant if you experience any challenges in using the template]
+ The template I propose to make will include a daily expense tracker, building up to a monthly summary that will enable you know in realtime how much your total expense e.g. groceries, is, at any point in time.
My competencies:
+ CPA with 7+ years of experience as an accountant with KPMG and Ernst & Young.
+ Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel Spreadsheets.
+ Outstanding command of English. [I rate this competence highly owing to the importance of clear communication in carrying out the job successfully]
Proposed time programme:
2 days to get the template done, broken down as follows:
Day 1: Liaise with you to get a feel of what your main expense areas are e.g. groceries, utilities, motor vehicle gas/repairs (if you own a vehicle), labour (maids, workers) etc. [The point here is to ensure that all relevant expense items are included in the template]
Day 2: Prepare the template and submit it to you for implementation.

100% on the satisfactory delivery of the template.
