IF YOU ARE : - an independant Facebook/ Instagram ads technician (= interested in the mechanics not in the copywriting) - interested in additional daily hours (not a full time contract, but work has to be done on a daily basis yet !) - interested in long term collaboration and regular monthly revenue …this may be of interest for you. We’re a small team who's specialized in running ads for businesses that need physical customers (NOTICE : it’s very different from ads campaigns which route customers to e-commerce websites). We now want to delegate some parts of the tasks. WHAT IS THE JOB: - It’s daily (+/- 2 hours) - It consists in checking ads campaigns, evaluate, duplicate, and change audiences (following indicators you're given) - And finely tune ads sets to optimize cost, targetting, reach and engagement A GOOD MATCH IS SOMEONE WHO IS: - keen on manipulating Facebook Business Manager - very interested in the technical side of the work (tunning delivery, cost, bid, etc.) - 100% transparent - Ok with a progressive contract (i.e. : payment increases throughout the year, because we never give big contracts at first) IF YOU THINK YOU COULD BE THE ONE: We propose future contractors real-life tests to help both parts evaluate the capacity and the interest to work together. Instead, provide us with specific data about previous ads campaigns successes of yours (we only respond to candidates who send us these data) (2) Be prepared to do 2 tests with us : --> the first test is not paid --> If we are interested in shortlisting you, we agree on a payment for the second test Notice that ultimately, as we're a small team, it’s all the team who chooses the new contractor.
