Multimedia Business Plan

I need a rough draft of a multimedia business plan written in 5 days with the full plan completed within 2 weeks. The rough draft will need to include market analysis for the State of California and the business plan must be similar to the business plan of a large-scale media agency. Not only do I want this to be well written and a legitimate business plan, but I also require that all the financials, financial projections, market analysis, market research, liabilities, and everything else in a top-notch business plan will be included. The multimedia company provides services in "film production, web development, artist management, music production, music publishing, event production, creative designs (any and all creative), and is looking to begin a fashion line" as well. I have a rough draft of the only the writing for the business plan so I need help fleshing the writing out appropriately and much more help with all of the technical details and market analysis. Additionally as a supplement to the business plan I would like a write up a "business organizational plan" to determine where the business is headed and what the goals are to complete this most effectively.
