Simple Online Flash Voice Recorder Script (Urgent)

We have multiple step by step screenshot that you will be provided in HTML format if you closely see its a simple online recording tool that we need that returns a recorded voice in .mp3 format which should be optimized for easy loading. We are trying to develop something similar to [login to view URL] application for a client of ours. You can check the online voice recording feature that is in the website and follow exactly the same. Again we will provide you with the screens in html format you just need to make the flash part work. Here is the list of work that needs to be taken care. - Make the flash part work and enable user to record voice - A portion where we can control the time of recorded file like 2 min, 5 min or 10min as that will be required to control as per package - The output file to be exported in .mp3 format and has to be optimized and have max clarity in voice. - In the output flash file it should return us the name of mp3 file which has been created and saved into folder. - Each and everytime user record the voice it should create new mp3 file and old file should be kept into the same folder - We also need functionality using which we can change the folder name and path where mp3 file will be stored. - We would like the complete source file provided to us at the end of project and after proper testing.
