Flash based 3D shop

Hello, I am looking to create a 3D shopping experience almost similar to [login to view URL] The mission of my company is to create a flash based system which will allows users to enter into a very real 3D atmosphere where vendors have actual items for sale. The vendors will be system users who login, open a shop, select from various shop styles E.g. storefront, yard-sale, outdoor....and then they upload the images and data for their items for sale. When logged in the users choose an avatar and use the mouse keys to move around in he market place. When they arrive at a shop custom controls allow them to handle the shopping experience. If the shop owner is available online they 2 can chat. I am looking for a company that has good experience and knowledge of create high-end flash/flex solutions.
