Vibrant Flash Website (250-300USD)

Project Description: What we want is a very fresh and vibrantly-coloured and schemed web-page based purely on flash, which is compatible with smart-phones/i-Phone (1080px width I think?) The basic content will be minimal but it needs to be very neatly and clearly presented, with fun animations using our logos and the two predominant graphics: A bright golden crown, and a coffee bean. When links are clicked, things need to move around slightly to make space for the central text, but otherwise “less is better” – it should look very sparse. This document should outline the overall requirements quite concisely. The job will be in three distinct stages a.) A holder ‘graphic’ for the main page produced by you to ensure we are on the same wave-length (20% milestone once agreed). At this stage we would like 3 or 4 options to choose from (using our general guidelines, but any change in colour-schemes or ‘band’ views will be accepted. b.) A home-page, with 50% of the flash integration included, which looks like the holder graphic but with some basic animation added (cumulatively, 70% milestone) c.) All text and final functionality/minor changes (100% cumulative milestone) Flash experience is paramount, and ONLY APPLICATIONS WHICH SPECIFICALLY REFERENCED OUR ATTACHED WORD DOCUMENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. PRICE RANGE: 200 - 300 USD, time frame is one month,. NOTE: Our last designer cancelled on us when we were 80% complete, so we need to start from scratch.
