Hello! Having your business listed in the Google Maps 3 pack, which is what I assume you're looking for as well, you need to build your credibility across all the sources of local data. You can do this by ensuring you data is 1: present on those sources, 2: accurate on those sources. I first like to run a scan looking for all mentions of your business information across the web. I'll then have a look at how consistent the information is and fix any listings that have incorrect data (you'd be surprised how much bad data is out there). The next task will be to list you in all the top local data sources where you aren't yet listed. After that I like to run a scan of your top 5 local competitors and compile a list of all the places they are listed that you aren't, and then submit you to those places. That should provide a solid base to start ranking better locally. This will provide a better platform to encourage reviews, which is a big factor in local ranking. Ranking well locally can take time, so I don't want to promise immediate success (and I'd be weary of anyone who does make those promises), but this is how to start you down the right path.
