What we need by steps:

-Create a google app (Google Cloud) that needs to run once everyday at 17:00 UTC

-This app will connect to a web API using bearer Auth and get a csv file (compress in a [login to view URL] file)

-Import this file into a database that runs on Cloud SQL

-Add the date (current date) to all the rows of the file (which are missing this specific field) on the database
