FREE SHIPPING BANNER FOR WIG STORE

Looking for someone to design a logo that says "Free Shipping on Orders over $100". It has to indicate that the offer is only within the continental USA. Would like something strikingly vivid. The one I have is dull and very cheap looking. Won't be using that company again. In addition I would like some photos of models in wigs blended in. I've attached my current one and my logo.
