Graphic Design - Business card, Catalog, Powerpoint template and Mail template

We are looking for someone to do some graphic design work for us based on our existing designs, our company’s graphical profile and logo. The designs must reflect the style, colors, fonts, layout of our company profile and website. We will provide you examples of existing designs for inspiration and fonts. We would like a package containing the following: - Business card: We have an existing design for our business card, but we are not happy with it. We would like you to improve the design. - Catalog: We have an existing catalog. The main content should be the same, but we would like you to improve the design of the catalog. You will not have to write any contents, only work with the layout and graphic design. - PowerPoint template: We would like you to make a new PowerPoint template for us, that relates to our company's graphical profile. - Mail template: We would like you to make a new rich html mail template for us, based on our company's graphical profile. It will have to be flexible, so that we can put in different texts and images for different mails. Terms and conditions: - NO PAYMENT until we are 100% satisfied with your work and no payment if you do not fulfil the terms and conditions. - Unlimited revisions until we are happy with your work. - Do not ask for more money after we have agreed on a price! - Deadline 14 days. Provide invoice at end of project. - Only original work. - We get full copyright ownership to the work. - We want all the raw files. Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign/Publisher-files. - You are not allowed to use this work for any other purposes. - You are not allowed to show, give or sell the work to anyone else. - You will need our written permission to use the illustrations in your portfolio or for any other purpose. - Experienced bidders will be preferred; people with poor English skills should not bid. - If you do not agree to our terms, do not bother bidding, nor contacting us. - In your PM include the following text: “I have read and understood all your requirements for this project and agree to your conditions”.
