Build a Website

We want to build a website that lists posts, similiar to [login to view URL], but pictures will not be required. This is not a final draft, we are wanting more of a framework to build upon, as described below with what we are looking for. We have zero coding done, and no artwork. CSS/PHP/MySQL is preferred, with just a few graphics. We want a website that is very slick, fluid, and easy on the eyes. Light colors. Preferably a light blue when color is used. Admin Control Panel Content: -Can change Titles, create/edit pages. -User Management -Ability to modify/add/delete postings. -Ability to Promote certain postings at the top of page. -Checkbox: Turn on/off reviewing system. Postings: -If a user does not have their contact information posted on their account, then they are required to update it then. -We want a completely dynamic system. We want to be able to define what fields are available, what their type is (ie. checkbox, dropdown, text box, text area, etc), which fields are required, etc. -List the post for 30,60, or 90 days, and if we are charging to post, show the total cost for that post as defined by our finance section in the admin panel. User Options: -Checkbox: Users must register to view post details, but can see post summary. -Manual User Registration/approval -IP/email/user banning. -Require users information. Advise that if they wish to post, they will need to post their full contact information. Name, Email, phone numbers. Finance: -Checkbox: Fee required to view post details. -Checkbox: Fee required to post a listing -Checkbox: Subscription per month that allows unlimited posts/views per month. -Checkbox: Fee required to get contact information for a post. -Ability to Change fees for viewing posts, posting a listing, and subscriptions -Integrate a credit system for any future uses, such as a referral system. Marketing/Social: -Ability to mass email users -All Social Media Integration. -Referral system that will allow users to get a small credit when they refer a user who lists a posting. Users -Anyone can view posting summaries, but details will be viewable only if allowed in admin settings. -Users can post their own ads. Contact information is required. -Users can refer friends with a referral link, and get credit on their account to use as they wish. -Reviewing System: When a user purchases contact information, the seller will be asked if they have been contacted by this user on their next login. When they confirm, the buyer will be asked to give a review, of which will be posted publicly on the sellers account, and buyers account. Content: -Postings are active for 30,60, or 90 days unless closed by user or admin. -Premium posts can be bought which will show up at the top of every listing page. -3 Premium posts will be displayed, and all premium posts will be randomized when they are shown. -Postings will be listed on a single page, that has many options to refine their search. --Refine search by: (Drop Down)Type, (Drop Down)State, (Text Boxes)Total Amount, (Text Boxes)Years for payout, (Text Boxes)Total Payouts Remaining, (Text Boxes)Value of Payments remaining, -List view count per post.
