make a redesign and more proffesional site for car parts

We today have a site at [login to view URL] and we want a more proffesional design of the site. We want the site to have a cms. We also want a little more modern product section with images with text underneath the categories. The set up we want to be that they only see the main categories and when they click on a category the sub categories will show.
