Kickstarter with a twist

My company is looking to develop a crowd funding site that is modeled after Kickstarter. Many more details will be shared with prospect so an accurate budget can be projected. \r\nI am seeking a team that can help me in multiple elements of this project.\r\n- I will require a development plan that will include a timeline and deliverables.\r\n- Submitted code will be reviewed by outside company for verification.\r\n- Company will have to sign an NDA\r\n- Looking for a possible long term relationship for updates and Ver. Control \r\n- Documentation will be an included deliverable\r\n- Experience with Amazon web services and payment systems
