i need a professional web designer / developer to help me develop an online magazine with the following features (the magazine would be an application that would be on PC,android, windows,java, Symbian,blackberry,IOS operating systems. it would have the following section, {religion, education, entertainment,business,news/events,adverts, interviews,gust columns,feedback,gossips and i reporting sections} it would be of three categories to every story, the video which will be an automatic download, the vocal reading were a voice would read the content of the magazine of their choice depending on were he or she clicks,an finally the normal magazine with pictures. it would be based on subscription and through charge via MB per download(MB would turn to cash) should in case a Clint cant afford for the subscription he or she can enjoy the magazine using his megabytes. it should have a fire wall and would be hacked proof if possible)
