Web UI Designer experienced in ASP.NET / Visual Studio

Required: - Web UI Designer experienced in ASP.NET / Visual Studio. We have an existing Windows Desktop Application that was developed in house using VB.NET that we use internally. The program is now showing its age and we are looking to move with the times and convert it over to ASP.NET with a web presented front end. A complete user interface overhaul is required. New icons, colour schemes, buttons and form design is required suitable for browser viewing in most popular browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome). An existing Visual Studio 2013 solution will be provided for the desktop version so you can use the elements with the Windows forms as a basis for the new form designs. On completion we will require an ASP.NET (VB) Visual Studio 2013 Solution that contains all the new forms. No programming is required as this project is only for the user interface element but you must be familiar with Visual Studio as the solution and files will be required. You can use ASP/CSS/HTML/JAVA or whatever is needed to give a great design. All together there are 11 forms in the application, eight of which are very simple with only a few fields and buttons. The remaining three are more complex with datagrid views, multiple tabs, calendar pickers, comboboxes etc. We are looking for a fresh, modern, clean look with highly visually appealing and easy to use designs.
