WordPress Website Needs Few Improvements

There's a simple client's WordPress website: [login to view URL] This website needs a few improvements done: A) The design itself needs a little improvement (we have the photoshop psd file). B) A new WP theme must be made. The new theme must be a child theme based on the Studiopress Genesis framework. It needs to be fully responsive of course. We own the Genesis framework and a few Genesis child themes which you can use as starting point. Depending on your skills please place your bid just for item A, just for item B or for both.
