BACKGROUND TILES FOR COMPUTER GAME - TOPDOWN VIEW, SIMPLE TILES

If you don't read the project description, I'll just delete your bid. Put something in your response that proves you read what I want. I would like someone to create me around 20 sets of background tiles for a game. There are only SEVEN tiles in each set, and half of each set are rotations. They are all TOPDOWN view tiles. The seven tiles in each set must each face a different 'direction'. Please open SET1 SET2 and SET3 attached - you can see there are 7 different tile types in each, vertical, horizontal, blocked TOP, blocked BOTTOM, blocked LEFT, blocked RIGHT and centre shape. Again - all TOPDOWN view. You should be able to seamlessly join all the tiles together to form a 'cross' or other shapes. No animations needed. These tiles (and the ones I want 20 more sets of) are BLOCKER tiles that sit in the middle of the screen and stop the main character from moving around. They can be ANYTHING at all as long as they can be joined together to form a shape - stones, mud, grass, wood, rocks, trees, roads, carpet, tiles, literally anything - I don't care as long as they are nicely designed to fit together, and that they have a little colour in them. I started some examples in the attached MAYBE file, and then I gave up because my efforts were rubbish, and I decided to hire someone who knows what they're doing. The backdrop for ALL of these tiles is BLACK. Every tile should be 64 * 64, or if in EPS / AI / PSD format I can create my own tiles. I don't care which. Let me know how much you want, and how quickly you can get me something - doesnt matter if I don't have all 20 right away - I can milestone for 4 lots of 5 tilesets, or 2 lots of 10 tilesets etc. Thank you for reading....
