Bikefoil to foil at home

Hello I'm Moritz, I want to build up a company selling foil for bicycles to foil at home. So I need someone, who has the opportunity to print certain templates on bicycle foil. Here it is very important that the customer is able to foil it at home, because the project is some kind of ,,PimpyourBike''. Additionally I need the right packaging to sell the foil. Furthermore I need someone building up a web site with functions like ,,our templates'' ,,how it works'' ''contact'' ''philosopy''. The website is supposed to repressent an colorful, lively, progressive city lifestyle vibe and runs on the slogan ,, Make your city green, why not also colorful'' . The website is supposed to be available on German and Englisch. I think I can also work with the structures und schedules of the website and fill in the words and texts myself, if your not able to speak German. I also need someone to introduce me into the world of modern marketing, because I want to attract certain customers with the advertisement plant. I would like to hear from you. Moritz
