It will be for a Real estate home builder floor plan brochures. There would be one master overall design & 7 different floor plan brochure versions to be created. Each would be 4 pages ( each page (8.5x11 front and back artwork) artboard size would be 17x11 (2 pages) front and back scored to 8.5x11 horizontal fold/open brochures. We would provide all high resolution photos & written content, and would just want your team to bring it to life with a clean, high end professional classy look and feel, with the direct we provide on color scheme/layout placement? BLACK, OLD GOLD& WHITE color scheme is the direction they want to go on the new one. I have an example of what they had previously but was not happy with the generic look and want to upgrade the new ones, to a high end sophisticated look and feel.
