The django franework written with python will be use to write and complete this project. I have had a lot of experience with several frameworks and I can say assuredly that django framework is the best to implement the specifications of the website. I have an optimized algorithm for file upload making the upload smooth and fast as compared to other web frameworks. I believe that i will be able to implement this in the given time with the maximum quality.

Hello. I have done a similar project some months ago for myself, if you want I can show you the website. It is done in asp .NET MVC and it has a login system, it can have multiple users, you can upload any file as well as share links, you can download and you can preview certain files such as pdfs. It also has access to dropbox api and it can be linked to an account so you can upload files on a dropbox using the web app, so basically it has 2 storages, dropbox and local storage. Users are defined a role such as Admin and normal User, the admin having more privileges as well as access to a certain page where he can do bulk actions and also manage users.
