Build me a NEW and CAPTIVATING Web Page

First Off: Our company is an Industrial Service and Sales Company, so a little bit of familiarity in this industry may help you a little bit. BUT it is not a requirement of you. The knowledge of this industry I am requesting is merely surface level and very easy to learn!
The task/goal is to redesign an existing web page that has all the same functionalities. It should be captivating, easy to follow, intuitive, and informative. For ease of understanding, we want to start with simple designs/sketched ideas and then to implement them on a Wix page or potentially square space depending on if Squarespace offers solutions that Wix cannot. Ultimately, the site developed on Wix/Squarespace would function as scratch work until the company moves to updating the actual website.
Here is the existing website that needs a new design. Again, we wish to keep all current functionality for phase 1. [login to view URL]
Also, the scope of this job is limited to solely the homepage. With that said, the location of information and images may be shifted to other areas of the website, just make a note of where you would expect the content to go.
