I have just started a pioneering food design business.
I am looking for a web designer to create the equivalent of this site (two simple pages with one static image, no animation) for my business:

The idea is that the site (as per references with no animations) will be a stand in for a website I want to commission in a few months time, which provides more information about the services provided. I am looking for someone who has high standards, has a great design eye, is conscientious and delivers to a high quality.
