*** PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION, IF YOU CANNOT MEET *ALL* OF OUR REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE DO NOT BID *** Looking for an experienced website designer & developer to build an e-commerce site on WordPress. We don’t care if you use a template however we anticipate that there will be a fair bit of php coding required to achieve the exact result. It is important that it is fast, clean, easy to update & user friendly for all users including site admins. Site will include the following: -Payment gateway will be PayPal -There will be 3 kinds of users – buyers, sellers, site admins -Users will create profiles / log in with Face Book & will then need to add billing / product info. -Calendar widget showing availability -Users need to have the option to ‘follow’ sellers and see what they are offering -Suggested products for buyers based upon previous purchase history / sellers followed -Electronic gift cards will be available with a code that can be redeemed on any product -Option to post reviews for both buyers and sellers Terms & Conditions: -If you are unable to do all of the above, do not bid. -The only milestone that will be made is a milestone to release full & final payment upon completion of the project where we confirm that the project is complete and functioning as desired. We do not release increments due to previous negative experiences. -Once a price has been agreed upon, no further negotiations will be entered into regarding price. If we decide that a premium theme or plug in is required, we will of course pay for that. -To confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all of these terms & conditions, please make the subject heading of your bid ‘I understand & agree to your terms’ any bid that does not have this in the subject line will not be read. -We regularly post jobs on freelancer and have several more sites to be built in addition to this one.
