Build a Website

I want to build a business of re seller, dedicated server vps shared hosting, i need someone to build my entire website, give on copyrights all credits about everything done on website. i need a custom admin panel designed for me, custom ticket support designed for me, and client side designed for me. what functions i need? Page for support about home and products, in support it need be only available when the costumers are logged with their account's for send me a ticket, about is a simple page about my business and pou (policy of use), home simple page with some text giving information about new products and important things, product pages need to be connected to admin panel where i will put the description of the items and their images. i would like something like a blog, a box where i can put text and import some images to describe the product i have, and when i add it on admin panel it goes to products page, and i need the same for home page for important things and news. Need a custom "shop/invoice" something like synchronized calendar if the client buy a server on 10th day of the month he have 4 weeks until the invoice is over because he don't pay the next invoice, so i need 1 week before the subscription end he receive a notification in their client area or by email saying he need to pay until the invoice finish or the service are suspended. in admin area i want to change the email for the client if he lost his account, only email for security, the password client can change on their side and i want a automated generate password script with at least minimum of 10 characters and maximum of 20 characters, want the option for activate pay unpaid invoice or suspend account of bade usage, if the client pay me for the services and in their client area don't shows nothing about that i need an option to activate the service cancel or suspend the service. Need a register page with email ID and password allowed to Hotmail/gmail personal domains etc.. the account need to be verified with a link the automated mail will be sent to the client. The website need to connect to API 1 or 2 i dont have 100% sure if it will be 1 or 2 API's, but need next modules for everything work, i have the API and every modules i want, so it will need only buttons to work i give the full code and API to everything works. Need a login page and obviously login and log out button, so i need a database for registration and everything will need to use database. i do not want anything about my location so google maps are out. i want the website detects what language client have in their browser, English or Portuguese, the website will be build/edit for 2 languages, so i need full website in English, so i need a flag wtv to change from English to Portuguese language. From now i don't have more things to say, if possible i want a resume of the work when you are doing the entire website, and a revision of what you are doing for i saw everything what you are doing and if i like the design or ask to change the design/colors etc.. i want to share my website on google facebook etc.. so google adwords will be used to. i only pay when the job is done and full working. The payment is done by PayPal, probably bank transfer if my bank allow outside country transfers (i don't know if my bank allow this) i don't have minimum price, but i have a maximum price 200$ i wont pay 200$ like the max price so don't say you want 200$ for this,if i like a lot your work in future i will contact you to build me something else like this but with more budget. i need a good website functional and with 0 bugs, want the full original code with full description of what everything do and a support for the code. See everything you need to do this job look for your price and if you are able to do this job under 200$ tell me, i need to analyse every proposals people do. I will choose the best option and rental option.
