General Requirements: • Website Platform – WordPress • Time frame for construction – 4 weeks if possible • General look of the website – VizMark will provide a style guide but would also like some input from the web design company as to possible enhancements and improvements. • Logo – VizMark to provide. • Written Content - VizMark to provide written content. • Image Content – with the Equipment category there will be images supplied for every product. • Icons – options to be provided by the web design company. • Terms & Condition – to be provided by VizMark but these will need to be type set by the web design company. • Equipment – images & details will be provided by VizMark however the system of picking (clicking on) items and adding them to the quote cart will have to be created by the web designer. When a user picks an item he should also be able to choose a quantity. See attached example. Further details will be supplied. • Quote Cart – • Availability for customer registration & logins • Need approx. 5 pages, including; Home, About, Equipment, Contact Us, in addition to Quote Cart Other Notes: • • VizMark to see the website under construction and request adjustments. • Website to be mobile friendly. • The website to be constructed to optimize URLs, Tags, Images & headings. • VizMark will be handed full administrator controls and codes of the website before the final payment is made. • The web design company to work closely with the host company to facilitate the launching of the website. • The web designer to submit a sitemap to the Google Search Console. • The web designer will be asked for an hourly rate to provide ongoing maintenance on the web site.
