I am looking to build a POLISHED, UNIQUE, and CAPTIVATING website/blog for a project I am working on. This is a very simple website with that will feature an About Us page and contents (blog posts) organized in chronological order. There will be side links with fast links to various topic headlines and keywords as well as by dates. The site will feature a email subscription field and other popular and functional blog/site features.
The site will need to have a robust back-end that will allow for real time site/updates without knowledge of HTML and other web programming languages. I am looking for a WYSIWYG functionality.
This site is for a LGBT project/campaign and will feature content tailored towards LGBT community and interests - love, gender, and race issues. It should incorporate the PRIDE (rainbow flag) colors in an elegant way. I am looking for a simple site; nothing fancy - just a simple and modern design that will be appealing to audience and emphasize the content in a VERY user friendly format.
I know there are many blog templates out there, many of which are free but I am looking for something that is polished, unique and captivating - tailored/customized for this project.
This website should be SEO friendly and optimized for search engines, including embedding relevant keywords.
