Contest Website (Word Press)

We are looking for someone to help us develop and execute a "Best Of" Contest. Twice each year we will take applications in several categories (example: Sportsmanship) and provide awards and recognition on our website to the winners. The ideal developer will be able to SHARE examples of similar work already done. We need someone with strong WP, marketing and social media skills! Tasks: 1. Although we already have a good idea for our campaign, help with developing the strategy 2. Create beautiful webpages on Wordpress (including images) 3. Allow us to create different categories for our contest (Best Coach, Best Sportsmanship, etc. Probably through a WP contest plug-in 4. Allow visitors to nominate others or themselves. 5. Allow other visitors to vote on their favorites and to share on social media to get more votes 6. Show stats on number of votes per category 7. Allow visitors to nominate a future category (and others to vote on it) 8. Contest must be able to "end" at a certain date with the results still active (so one page may be About the Contest, One might be Current Contest and One might be Past Winner 9. We are not sure if this should be done on a separate subdomain of our current site or subdirectory and need appropriate advice.
