To create a self-help educational mobile app platform. Users choose a module depending on the area of their life they want to focus on. User will then receive 30 daily exercises to complete (in the form of text audio or video) and answer questions about their experiences with the exercises. Design Elements 1. Logo 2. 10 Virtual Badges 3. Certificate of Completion 4. Final Report (letterhead style) 5. App User Interface (15 different pages – template based (50% of the page will be the same across the 15 with 50% will vary one will be questionnaire style)
