Ignore the "12V" The relay simply operates on 3 - 32VDC and requires a minimum of 7mA to trigger. You will have to limit the current coming out of the PI with a resistor. The PI can put out more than enough, but you may have to sink and not source (connect + to the relay + and the relay - to the PI).

Hello! I know how to decide your problem. Code (sketch) will be write ~1..2 hour or less, but you will need some external components. For test its can be assembled on breadboard. I'll check the schematic by photo, but if device not start, you will need voltampermeter (like DT830 enough). PS: If I will lose, acn you copy and send me description those, who wins? There's no need for some special circuit, one transistor and resistor is all you need. I see that you understand datasheet specifications, so it's strange how you need help for such simple task. However, I can draw circuit and explain how to connect it with RPI and relay.

The materials u will need will cost below Rs.10. The current and voltage requirements will be accurate. I have used the circuit for many projects using RPI, arduino etc. It is a cheap solution and will work effectively.
