design for internet and intranet

We need a design for an iternetsite and for an intranetsite. There is already an internet design but we want a alternative. There is not yet a design for the intranet but it must be made in the same look as the internet design you make. Please give me a price including rework. De internetdesign must look a little like [login to view URL] and the one is already there [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] we have already post a flash banner 600x200 pixel this must be in the internet design. The intranet don't need a flash banner. We give an very simple example of the intranetdesign from a previous project as attachment. These designs are for an organisation who represent 180 petsshops but just have internet as an digital brochure and are not interactive with the vistors. The design must have emotion. Prefferable pictures with people and pets on it. We like to have the files in PSD and a zip file of al files to give an example on the intranet. The intranet sitemap is attached.
